Without the Upfront Cost

Why Having a Website Matters
Visibility & Reach
Your website is your always-available digital storefront. It helps people find you through Google and gives you a presence beyond social media or referrals.
Credibility & Trust
A real website shows that you’re serious about your business. It builds trust by letting people learn about you, see your work, and reach out with confidence.
Control & Ownership
Your website is the one place online you truly own. You’re not at the mercy of platforms, and you control how your brand looks, feels, and communicates.
Sales & Conversions
A well-structured site turns visitors into clients. With clear calls to action and integrated tools, your website supports real business results.
Support & Efficiency
Your website can save you time by answering questions and guiding people through next steps. It supports your workflow, even when you’re offline.
Marketing Foundation
Everything starts with your site. It connects your channels, boosts your visibility in search engines, and grows your audience over time.
That's Where I Come In
- I’ve been building and maintaining websites professionally for over two decades, backed by 30+ years of experience in IT — not just as a technician, but also with a strong grasp of business strategy and client needs.
- I bring a unique perspective as a user, a developer, and a business owner — so I understand websites from all angles: how they feel, how they function, and how they support real business needs.
- I focus strongly on user experience (UX) — how visitors feel when they land on your site matters just as much as what they see.
- While I know how to build complex layouts and animations, I don’t treat your website as a showcase for my skills. I prioritize clarity, speed, and ease of use — always with your customers in mind.
- My goal is to create websites that are practical, pleasant, and effective — for both you and your customers.

An Overview of What Happens Next
- 1
Fill out the request form
Choose your website package, add-ons (if any), and share a few basic details. I’ll follow up by email to confirm everything before we move forward. - 2
Confirm the agreement
I’ll send you a written agreement that outlines how we’ll work together — what’s included, what’s expected from both sides, and the overall scope of the project. Once you confirm it, I’ll send the invoice and we can move forward. - 3
Send content, approve design
Before development starts, I’ll ask you to send your content (text, logo, images, etc.) and confirm a proposed design. You’ll get 1–3 layout options to choose from — no development begins until you’re happy with the look. - 4
Development & feedback
After you approve the design and send the required materials, I’ll build your website and send you a preview for final feedback and revisions. - 5
Launch and support
Your site goes live. Post-launch support begins, and if you’ve chosen a maintenance plan, that will kick in after that.
Important for You to Know
Some practical details, boundaries, and conditions — so you know exactly what to expect.
Maintenance Contracts and Installments
To be able to pay in instalments, you will need to sign a maintenance contract first. Based on the selected maintenance plan, your monthly payment will be set and included in our web development agreement, which we both sign before the project begins. While the maintenance contract is the first thing you sign, it does not come into force until after your website is launched and signed off by you, and it covers the 12 months after launch.
During the development phase, you only pay the installment portion of your monthly fee. Once the website is launched, you begin paying both the installment and the maintenance fee together. After 12 months of development payments, the installment portion ends, and you continue paying only the maintenance fee.
If you cancel the contract early, the remaining development cost must be paid in full to keep the website online. This protects both you and me from incomplete projects and unexpected losses.
Web development plan | Maintenance plans | One-time payment | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Essential | Standard | Growth | Advanced | ||
Starter | 830 | 800 | 770 | 740 | 10.000 |
Standard | 2.080 | 2.040 | 2.000 | 1.960 | 25.000 |
Advanced | 3.745 | 3.695 | 3.645 | 3.595 | 45.000 |

One-Time Payment Terms
If you choose to pay for your website upfront, the total amount is split into three stages:
- 50% when we sign the agreement
- 25% after the design is approved
- 25% at launch
Content and Timeline Notes:
- Development speed depends heavily on how quickly I receive your content (text, images, etc.).
- While waiting for content, I’ll start designing the site using placeholder text.
If you provide your content early enough, I’ll incorporate it into the design directly. In that case, the second (25%) payment is skipped, and the remaining 50% is billed at launch instead.
Payment Conditions:
- Work will pause if a scheduled payment isn’t made on time — except for the final payment, which is due at launch and does not affect progress.
- This payment structure ensures we both stay aligned throughout the project and gives you multiple checkpoints to review the work.
Website Ownership
If you pay the full price upfront, you own the website immediately after launch.
If you choose monthly instalments, I grant you full usage rights during the payment period. Once all instalments are paid, ownership is officially transferred to you.
You are responsible for your website’s content at all times, even before full ownership is transferred.
Domain, Hosting & Email Services
All new websites come with a standard domain, hosting, and business email — included free for the first year.
Domain Name
- I’ll register a standard domain name (.cz, .com, etc.) for you and cover the cost for the first year.
- Premium or high-demand domains (like short .com names or special extensions) are not included — if you want one, I’ll let you know the extra cost up front.
- After the first year, domain renewal is also covered if you sign a new 12-month maintenance contract. If not, you’ll receive an invoice for the renewal cost (usually 100–500 Kč depending on the domain).
Hosting
- Hosting is provided free for the first year using a reliable shared VPS setup — ideal for typical small to mid-sized websites.
- This helps keep your early costs down while your business grows.
If your site begins to exceed normal usage (e.g. high traffic, large media libraries, custom integrations), I may recommend moving to a dedicated VPS or managed hosting plan.
This upgrade would be billed separately**, but I’ll help you assess your needs and handle the migration if needed.
Business Email
- Your email will be set up using established providers with strong deliverability reputations (such as Zoho Mail).
- I don’t run private mail servers because new servers take time to build reputation — which can result in your emails going to spam or getting rejected.
- Using a proven email service gives you a much better chance of reliable delivery from day one.
After the First Year
These services — domain, hosting, and email — are free for the first 12 months.
After that, they remain free only if you sign a new maintenance contract that is valid for at least 12 months beyond the renewal date.
If no such contract is in place:
- I’ll send you a renewal notice one month before expiration
- You can then choose to:
- Pay a flat yearly fee to keep these services active through me (the price will be stated in the notice), or
- Move to your own hosting, domain registrar, and email provider — I’ll assist with the transfer and give you all necessary access and guidance
What’s Not Included by Default
To keep my base packages affordable and focused, a few things are not included unless quoted separately:
- Logo and brand design: If you don’t have a logo, I’ll use a simple text-based placeholder. The same goes for brand colors or fonts.
- Copywriting: I’ll give suggestions and guidance, but you’re responsible for writing the content. If you’d like me to write it for you, I can do so at my standard hourly rate.
- Photography: I’ll advise you on what kinds of photos to provide. If you'd prefer not to handle this yourself, I can source relevant stock images. This is billed separately, and stock images may also be used on other websites.
- Custom graphics or infographics: Any visual design work beyond layout and structure (e.g. illustrations, infographics) is not included and must be arranged separately.
- Legal documents (e.g. Privacy Policy, Terms): Basic templates for legal pages can be added, but I don’t provide legal advice or compliance checks. You’re responsible for ensuring your legal documents match your business requirements.
- Advanced marketing, SEO, or integrations: Basic SEO (like meta tags and headings) is included in Standard and Advanced plans. Anything beyond that — such as keyword strategy, blog writing, analytics dashboards, or third-party integrations — may require a custom quote.
- Custom third-party integrations: If you need integrations beyond what’s included in your selected plan — such as CRM systems, external APIs, advanced booking tools, or automation workflows — these may require a separate quote depending on the complexity. I’ll always let you know in advance if something falls outside the standard scope.
