Sounding Board Sessions
Clear your mind. Find your direction. Move forward with confidence.
For individuals and business owners who need structured thinking support — not therapy, not coaching, and not long-term programs.
sound·ing board /ˈsaʊˤndɪŋ ˌbɔːd/ — noun:
A person or group you talk to in order to test out ideas, gain perspective, or make sense of things stuck in your head.
What is a Sounding Board?
Sometimes you're too close to your own situation. You go around in circles. You get stuck inside your own head.
A Sounding Board session gives you space to think things through — with someone who listens carefully, asks good questions, and helps you see what you already know but couldn't quite put into words.
It’s not about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about creating the right conditions for you to move forward with clarity.
"Sometimes you don't need advice. You just need the right space to hear yourself think."

I know what it’s like to be stuck. Overthinking. Too many ideas. Too many paths to choose from — and no clear way forward.
What helped me in those moments wasn’t advice or ready-made solutions. It was talking to someone who listened carefully, asked the right questions, and helped me find my own answers.
But finding the right person at the right time wasn’t always easy. More than once, I wished there was someone I could simply hire — someone who could be my sounding board when I needed it most.
That’s why I offer these sessions.
I bring more than 30 years of experience in technology, business, and support roles — fields where clarity, structure, and good decision-making always mattered.
For decades, I’ve helped people for free — friends, colleagues, clients — to sort their thoughts, see their situation more clearly, and find their next steps. Now, I’ve turned that into a professional service.
Not coaching. Not therapy. Not consulting. Just honest, structured conversations to help you move forward.
