    I relate the findings to your selected maintenance plan and prepare a clear agreement.

    We review the agreement together, ensuring everything is clear before signing.

    Once the first monthly payment is received, ongoing maintenance and support commence.

What I Need From You

To keep everything running smoothly, here’s what I’ll need from you at each step:

  • Before the free check-up

    When requesting the checkup, please provide your basic Contact Details (Name & Email) so I can deliver the report and recommendations.
  • To Prepare the Agreement

    If proceeding with a plan, I'll need your official Invoicing / Legal Details (e.g., Full Name/Company, IČO/ID, Address).
  • After Agreement is Signed

    For maintenance to begin, I'll require secure Website Access Credentials (Admin login for CMS/dashboard, potentially hosting access) relevant to the agreed scope.

I like to keep things clear, so we both know what to expect.

Availability & Response Times

I handle all maintenance requests personally. Response time depends on your plan, but I always aim to reply as soon as I can during working hours.

  • Essentials: within 48 hours
  • Standard: within 24–48 hours
  • Growth: within 24 hours
  • Advanced: within 12 hours

I respond Monday–Friday, during business hours. Weekends and Czech national holidays are not included unless we’ve made a special agreement.

If something breaks suddenly or stops working, I’ll always try to help as soon as I can — no matter which plan you’re on. Urgent support is part of the trust I build with clients.

What’s Not Included

Each plan includes a set number of monthly tasks, depending on the tier. Here’s what’s not included by default:

  • Writing content (news/blog articles, product descriptions, etc.)
  • Designing graphics or editing images
  • Providing photos, videos, or other media
  • Creating new layouts or redesigning pages
  • Running marketing, ads, or social media
Fair Use (Advanced Plan)

The Advanced plan includes unlimited tasks — but within reason. That means:

  • No counting of tasks as long as they’re short, routine, and spread across the month
  • If something is complex or unusually time-consuming, I’ll check in with you before starting
  • You’ll never get surprise invoices or unexpected charges

My goal is to be fair and flexible, not to charge for every little thing — and that works best when communication is clear both ways.

Question You Might Have

Do I really need a maintenance plan if my site doesn’t change often?
Yes — even static sites still need updates for security, performance, and compatibility. Without regular maintenance, your site can become vulnerable or start misbehaving over time.
What if something breaks suddenly?
If your site goes down or breaks unexpectedly, I’ll always do my best to help — regardless of your plan. Higher tiers include faster response times for emergencies.
Can you write or design content for me?
That’s not included in the maintenance plans — you’ll need to provide all text, images, or videos. However, if you need help creating something, we can discuss it separately. I do offer that kind of work at my standard hourly rate. Clients with an active maintenance plan get a discounted rate for additional work.
Do you support e-shops?
Yes — with the right plan. Maintenance for e-commerce sites is included starting at Tier 3, and fully supported in Tier 4.
What platforms do you support?
I support most common website platforms, including WordPress and custom-built sites. If your setup is unusual, I’ll let you know during the check-up whether I can take it on.
What happens if I need more tasks than my plan allows?
If you're regularly going over the task limit, I’ll let you know and we can either adjust your plan or agree on extra hours at the discounted hourly rate. You won’t get surprise charges.
Can I send multiple small changes at once and count it as one task?
That depends — if they’re all part of the same change (e.g. updating content on a single page), I’ll usually count it as one. If they’re spread out or unrelated, they’ll likely count separately. I’ll always be fair and transparent about it.
Do unused tasks carry over to the next month?
No — unused tasks don’t roll over. The plan is meant for ongoing, regular care, not occasional bursts of work.
Can I pause my maintenance plan?
You can pause with advance notice, but during the pause no updates, checks, or support are provided. If you want me to keep things running in the background, the plan needs to remain active.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes — you can adjust your plan if your needs change. Just let me know before your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel with one month’s notice. I don’t lock you into long-term contracts unless we’ve agreed otherwise up front.
Do you offer one-time fixes?
Only for existing clients. If you don’t have a maintenance plan, you can still get support at my standard hourly rate — but ongoing clients get priority.
